THE VILLA

This new 350m2 two-store villa built on Mavrikiano hillside is located on plot of 6000m2 offering privacy and tranquility surrounded by lush gardens. The upper floor comprises of four gracefully designed bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen whilst the ground floor comprises of two more bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a living room area with a bar, a modern gym room with WC, a cozy home cinema and an outdoor infinity heated pool surrounded by lush garden.

The contemporary aesthetics are layered with gorgeous nature-inspired palette as the concept of this haven on earth has been inspired by the Aegean sea, so even the stairs leading from the upper floor to the ground floor gives you the sense of navigating on a boat ready to departure. with views to the sea.  Its interior bar on the lower level lead inevitably to its large infinity pool that extends across the azure Aegean horizon.

In case of an event taking place within the villa’s premises for up to 80 people, an extra supplement of 3.000 euros/event shall be charged.

The event shall be valid & only with the prior authorization of the property owner & upon signature of special event contract resulting by the acceptance of event special conditions including additional guarantee for the event day
